For over 20 years, Chef Marco Rossi has been bringing the soul of Italian cooking to Tel Aviv. Born in the rolling hills of Tuscany, Marco grew up watching his grandmother -- Nonna Rosa -- transform simple, honest ingredients into extraordinary meals that brought the entire family together.
After training in some of Italy's most respected kitchens, Marco carried his family's treasured recipes across the Mediterranean to create a restaurant that honors tradition while embracing the vibrant flavors of the region. Every dish at Nonna Rosa reflects a farm-to-table philosophy, using the freshest seasonal produce sourced from local farmers and imported Italian specialties.
