With over 10 years of dedicated yoga instruction, I guide students of all levels through transformative practices that nurture both body and mind. My teaching philosophy centers on meeting each student exactly where they are.

As a certified Vinyasa and Hatha instructor, I blend traditional techniques with a modern, personalized approach. Every session is thoughtfully designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and cultivate a deep sense of inner calm.

Vinyasa Flow

A dynamic, breath-synchronized practice that links movement and breath in a flowing sequence. Build heat, strength, and flexibility as you move through creative sequences designed to challenge and inspire.
