AI workshops your team uses the next morning
I run hands-on AI and content workshops for companies and organisations. Not a talk about the future — a working day that ends with everyone in the room holding a process that works on their real tasks.
Your team is already using AI. Just not in a way that pays
In most organisations I walk into, people are already using AI tools — each on their own, with no method, producing output someone has to rewrite. The gap is not the tool. It is how the work is done.
Everyone works differently
No shared language, no process. The same task comes back five different ways at five different standards, and nothing can be built on it.
The output is generic
Copy that sounds like everyone else rather than like you. Someone rewrites it, and the time saved comes straight back out.
Nobody trusts the result
With no way to check and verify, no one will send out what the machine wrote — so the tool quietly goes unused.
What the workshop covers
The structure is fixed; the content is yours. Before every workshop I read your real material and tasks, and the practice runs on them.

- 01
How the models actually behave
Enough understanding to make good calls: where they are strong, where they invent, and why the same request comes back differently each time.
- 02
Writing instructions that return sendable work
Structure, context, examples and constraints. Getting from "write me a post" to output that meets your standard without a correction round.
- 03
Your brand voice, not the model's
We build a voice guide and an example bank together and teach the tool to write in your language, so the output reads as yours.
- 04
Processes for the work that repeats
We find the tasks that come back every week and give each one a fixed process: input, steps, check, output.
- 05
Checking and verifying
How to catch invention, what genuinely needs a human eye and what does not, and where to set the bar for sending work out.
- 06
Boundaries, privacy and rights
What may go into a tool and what may not, where the line sits with sensitive material, and what belongs in your written policy.
Formats
All formats run at your office or over video, in Hebrew or English.
Introduction session
For a team getting started
A practical overview with live demonstrations on your own tasks. A good opening before committing to something broader.
Book a workshopDay workshop
For content, marketing or operations teams
The format most teams choose. Half the day learning, half practising on your real tasks, and everyone leaves holding a working process.
Book a workshopGuided series
For an organisation that wants real adoption
One session a week, with work between them and support along the way. By the end the organisation has a playbook of its own.
Book a workshopWhat you leave with
Not a summary and not slides — material that keeps working after I leave.
- Your organisation's playbook: every repeating task with the process we built for it
- A library of ready instructions, written on your material and in your voice
- A brand voice guide and an example bank you can keep extending
- A verification checklist to run before work goes out
- A draft usage policy: what is allowed, what is not, and where the lines sit
- Recordings and materials, for new hires and for a refresher

Why it works
of the day is practice on your tasks, not watching slides
of the examples are built from your own real material
participants at most, so everyone gets individual time
days of follow-up questions on WhatsApp, included
Who it fits
- Content and marketing teams producing at pace
- Service and sales teams writing a high volume of replies
- Operations and HR teams with heavy repeating document work
- Leadership deciding what is worth adopting and what is not

Questions that come up
Do we need to buy tools in advance?
No. We work with what you already have, free tiers included. If a paid tool turns out to earn its keep, you will know exactly why and how much.
What if the room is at very different levels?
That is the normal case. The practice is layered, so beginners get the foundation while people already using these tools get method and depth.
We handle sensitive material. Is that a problem?
No — and it is exactly why the workshop has a section on boundaries and privacy. Practice runs on material you choose, and we can work on neutralised examples.
Can it run over video?
Yes, and it works well. Same format, with small breakout rooms for practice. In person is better where it is possible.
How many people can attend?
Up to 12 in one workshop. Beyond that we split into cohorts, so individual practice does not suffer.
What does it cost?
It depends on the format, the group size and how much tailoring is involved. A short call is enough to give an exact number.
